Stop Dreaming
When We Wake Up?
Everyone has their own
wishes : to be success and happy ever after. This is something that we’ve known
as a dream. There’s nothing wrong to have a dream, even we are suggested to
have a high dream. To reach their dreams, they would do anything. There’s
nothing can forbid someone to keep dreaming. They would work so hard and do
something that never expected before. Started from the simple things, then to
something bigger, more complicated until something that probably unbelievable
to do.
Something that always be
questioning is the way that used to reach that dreams. People always keep
asking on how people could reach their dreams easily. One thing that people
should know that there’s nothing easy to reach the dreams, even for someone who
has been success. Halvorson has advice for you: “If you believe that you are having a
hard time reaching your goal because you lack the necessary ability, and that
you can’t do much to change that . . . well, there’s no way to put this nicely:
You are wrong. Effort, planning, persistence and good strategies are what it
really takes to succeed.”
They have targets, they have been worked so hard to get their targets, that
perhaps harder than anyone knows. They have fallen for a hundred times and woke
up for a million times. They’d never stop until they get what they wanted. This
is something that makes them different. Usually people will get down easily
when they failed, feeling stress and give up. mostly people will just feeling
that it’s something impossible to do because of they’ve failed. Besides the
citizens paradigm about their failure would be so hard to accept and would
reduce the spirit to rise up.
This paradigm is would be so
effected to our efforts to realize, to represent our dream, to make it happen.
The effect would be different one another, depends on how people accept that.
It would be so great when someone could accept that positively. They probably
would do more efforts and more spirit to reach their dreams. Meanwhile it could
be so bad when someone accept that negatively. They would be so in deep down,
so regretting to what they’ve done till they couldn’t rise up anymore. This
kind of things would lead them to do something bad, to forget their dreams,
just let it down, or even do something terrible: suicide.
People always think that
it’s not good to stay in our dream for a long time, to be always fancying on
something, to keep fantasizing. They keep mentioning that it would lead us to
be gone mad, crazy and dumb. "Physical
aggression is the most frequently reported theme in nightmares. Moreover,
nightmares become so intense they will wake you up. Bad dreams, on the other
hand, are especially haunted by interpersonal conflicts," write Geneviève
Robert and Antonio Zadra, psychology researchers at the Université de Montréal,
in the last issue of Sleep.. People always think that someone
like that has lost their mind, running away from the reality, they keep
thinking bad about it. They never realized that they wouldn’t be in this world
if their parents never dreamt about the birth of a baby. They never thought
that everything in this world is started from a dream. A dream that came true,
to be something that they’re never expected before: sons and daughters, like
them.
People never realized that
they keep thinking about their futures, how they’d be, how they’d died, how
their families would be. They keep mentioning about the bad effects of
dreaming, while they keep dreaming to be success and to be happy always. They
keep thinking that it’s something fool, dumb and stupid to do to reach the
dreams, while they keep doing their jobs to get a better life. Isn’t it kind of
something dumb too? They keep talking to stop dreaming when we wake up from our
sleep and back to our reality. On the other hand, we can still dreaming even though
we wake up from our sleep.
To keep dreaming though we
wake up and our eyes is opened, would be great for us. We can make our dreams
as our target in the future. Make it something that can be a whip and
evaluation for us to know how far our effort is. Besides dreams have some
special benefits for our health. Dr
Hobson said the idea explains a lot, and likened it to jogging. The body does
not remember every step of a jog, but it knows it has exercised, and in the
same way we do not remember many of our dreams, but our minds have been tuned
for conscious awareness. It shows us that nothing’s wrong to keep dreaming, even though we
wake up.
