Attitude, Performance and Future

                                                                                        Attitude, Performance and Future
When we were child, we often see and compare the mature people. Sometimes we also imitate them, the way they act and the way they speak to another. We just saw them when they interacted each other, without knowing neither it’s good nor bad for ourselves. As a child, we just naturally did what we think interesting. Even sometimes it may be harmful for us. Smoking for example. Several years ago, we even find the case when the 3 years boy smoking because of the environment he lived is influenced by the mature people who mostly smoking. In this case, we know that the boy is just a baby, who didn’t know what’s good or bad for himself. Smoking is interesting for him cause he saw the mature people enjoyed smoking, and the boy just imitate that.
The case above proved us that a child just imitate what’s people do, without consider whether it’s good or not for themselves. By times goes, we grow up and so our mind. We can consider what we should do as the part of the society. We can consider what can be done or what can’t be done. We can determine how should we act and say through interact each other. These are connected each other to something we called as an attitude. Furthermore, there’s several questions related to the attitude : how much the attitude can influence our performance in the future as a professional?
Loyality, skills, diligence can lead our performance to the maximum. The maximum performance can be seen as the plus point for everybody to get the best job in their life. Furthermore, we have a bright future as a professional in every single job that we’ve got. However, we can’t have it all without any good attitude. Our future is determined by our attitude and it has a very powerful correspondent with our performance and it will be impact to our professionality. Someone who can use their ability and heir skills to their maximum performance, would get the better professionality and so as their job. In contrast, people who can’t use their ability peoperly, they would be failed to get the maximum performance. When they don’t have a good quality in their performance, they would be failed to be a professional andthey would be known as a “bad employer” because they can’t do the job as well.
In conclution, your performance and your future would be based on your attitude. If you have good attitude in the first place, you’ll be a great employee with a good performance so they can do their job well. On the other hand, people who don’t have good attitude, they would not be getting those all. They would get nothing in their life, without any good qualification of their performance, they woul be hard to get a better job. In the end of the day, they would be suffer in life cause they just work as the ordinary people.

The analysis of short story girl by o henry 1. the point of view             The point of view that used in this short story is the 3rd person point of view and the dramatic. The third point of view because the writer mention the name of the characters in the short stories like: “......... robbins, fifty, something of an overweight beau, and addicted to first nights.... and Hartley, twenty-nine, serious, thin, good-looking, nervous.......” Beside that, the writer also using a noun and pronoun to tell the story to the reader like : “.... a man with an air of mistery came in the door and went up to Hartley....”             Beside that the dramatic point of view, we can see that from the way the writer tells the story and using the scene of the story like the real situation in life. On the other hand, the writer also tells us abt the problem taht might be always found in our life, like looking for the nany or the cook for their house. Which is not always easy to find the good

ASSESSING SPEAKING

ASSESSING SPEAKING      There are four categories of listening performance assessment tasks. A similar taxonomy emerges for oral production. Imitative      At one end of a continuum of types of speaking performance is the ability to simply parrot back (imitate) a word or phrase or possibly a sentence. While this is a purely phonetic level of oral production, a number of prosodic, lexical, and grammatical properties of language may be included in the criterion performance .      We are interested only in what is traditionally labeled”pronunciation” no inferences are made about the test takers ability to understand or convey meaning or to participate in an interactive conversation. The only role of listening here is in the short-term storage of a prompt, just long enough to allow the speaker to retain the short stretch of language that must be imitated. Intensive      A second type of speaking frequently employed in assessment contexts is the production of short streches of oral language
